1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 777 Jilievo platform — including the website at 777jilievo.com, the sports betting section, the casino, the live casino, and any related features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, the registered player, and 777 Jilievo. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any part of the platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account at 777 Jilievo. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, GCash wallet, Maya account, or Philippine bank account — is a violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and the payment method you intend to use. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777 Jilievo will treat any action taken from your account as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party, you must notify support immediately at [email protected].

• Do not share your password with anyone, including 777 Jilievo support staff.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Log out of your account on shared devices after each session.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform.

777 Jilievo reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent registration, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 777 Jilievo are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP / ₱). The following deposit and withdrawal rules apply to all accounts.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to the method registered and verified on your account. 777 Jilievo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

777 Jilievo reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not indicate any assumption of wrongdoing on your part.

Deposits that have been wagered and withdrawals that have been initiated cannot be reversed. If you have initiated a withdrawal and wish to cancel it before processing, contact support immediately — cancellation is not guaranteed once the withdrawal is queued.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed at 777 Jilievo, covering sports betting, live betting, casino games, and live dealer tables.

• All bets are placed in Philippine pesos and settled in Philippine pesos.
• A bet is confirmed and binding once the platform has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where an event is cancelled or voided according to the applicable sports betting rules.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum play required for settlement, bets are voided and stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, 777 Jilievo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both sports and casino products.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per player. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted without prior notice for players identified as high-risk.
• 777 Jilievo reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who is identified as consistently exploiting pricing errors or placing bets in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.

For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer, the physical game equipment, and the certified random number generator (RNG) where applicable. 777 Jilievo does not alter game outcomes. Any disputes regarding a specific round must be raised with support within 72 hours of the event, referencing the game round ID.

Esports markets — including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, and other titles available on the 777 Jilievo board — follow the same general settlement rules. Specific rules for each esports title are available in the platform's betting help section.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

777 Jilievo offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible Filipino players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules below.

• Bonuses are credited to your account after the qualifying condition is met — for example, after a qualifying deposit is confirmed.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific turnover multiple will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your account unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Any account found to be registering multiple times, using multiple payment methods, or coordinating play with other accounts to exploit bonus offers will have all bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net loss you are willing to accept over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is paused until the period resets.
• Session Limits: Restrict how long you can play in a single session. When the time limit expires, you will be logged out automatically.

• Money laundering — using the 777 Jilievo platform to process, disguise, or transfer funds of illegal origin.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures.
• Using another person's payment method — including GCash or Maya — without their explicit written consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777 Jilievo staff or other players.

777 Jilievo cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities and payment providers when required by law. If prohibited conduct is identified, 777 Jilievo reserves the right to report the matter to the appropriate authorities and to withhold any funds associated with the account pending the outcome of an investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777 Jilievo platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 777 Jilievo or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from the platform without written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract odds, game data, or any other platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of any platform software.
• Use the 777 Jilievo brand, logo, or name in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

777 Jilievo provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service for Filipino players, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or disruptions beyond our control may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 777 Jilievo shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures — including internet outages, device failures, or mobile network disruptions — that occur on your end during an active session or bet placement.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• Any third-party services, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banks, whose processing delays or errors are outside 777 Jilievo's control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Account Termination

Either you or 777 Jilievo may close an account at any time.

Player-initiated closure: Contact [email protected] to request account closure. Any available balance will be processed as a final withdrawal to your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled and any applicable bonus conditions are resolved.

777 Jilievo-initiated suspension or closure: 777 Jilievo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Failure to pass age verification (under 21).
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case you will be notified before closure.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, 777 Jilievo reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Balances on dormant accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard.

12. Changes to These Terms

777 Jilievo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 777 Jilievo platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
